However, I find that those tools are good to track awareness of new sites, but a mass submission form misses the point if it isn't being used properly. For example, with StumbleUpon, part of the fun of the process, and part of what makes it most effective, is using all of the tools available on the site or from the toolbar.
Divorced from that, it's just another place to save links. And if that's what you're using it for, you don't need to submit to 69 at once.
Some services now block any submissions that are done from a form as well. But again, thank you for the link. It is useful to have, but I'd caution anyone against recklessly mass submitting links. It's far more powerful to do these things strategically. Mass submits may have worked in '06, but it's not the same climate anymore.
